PAYMENT TERMS

All prices of the e-store include 21% value added tax. The Purchaser has the option to display prices site-wide without VAT by turning off the «Prices with VAT» toggle. The delivery fee is added to prices and shall be displayed during checkout.

The sales agreement for goods or services is considered to be concluded at the moment of payment of the order in the e-store environment or, when paying the invoice, in accordance with the order confirmation e-mail sent by Packforce Latvia SIA to the e-mail address specified by the Puchaser at the time of placing the order.

The e-store prices may differ from the prices in other stores of Packforce Latvia. E-store prices shall be valid upon timely payment of the invoice issued by Packforce Latvia or upon immediate payment via an internet bank link or by credit card.

A transporting fee of 18,15 euros shall be added to the orders when the total value of which is less than 99 euros and delivery with a courier was chosen during checkout inside the Republic of Latvia. The transporting fee is 4,95 euros for Omniva parcel terminal; 5,22 euros for DPD parcel terminal and 1,95 euros for Venipak parcel terminal. Orders of value over 99 euros shall be delivered free of charge inside the Republic of Latvia. The delivery fee shall be displayed during checkout.

The Purchaser can pay for the goods and services at the e-store via internet bank links, by credit card or on the basis of an order confirmation with prepayment issued by Packforce Latvia. Invoices for paying for goods or services are issued to contractual businesses of Packforce Latvia.

When paying for goods and services via an internet bank link, it is necessary to exit the internet bank page by clicking the button «Back to the merchant». Then, a confirmation of the order will be displayed on the screen.

When paying with credit card, the Purchaser will not enter their card data on the Packforce Latvia web-page, but on the official partner Montonio Finance website. Packforce Latvia will not see the Purchaser’s card data. After formalising the order, the Purchaser will be directed to the secure environment of Montonio Finance for making the payment. There is a pre-filled payment order with the sum to be paid. After entering the card number, security code (3 number code on the back of the card) and the validity term of the card, Montonio Finance shall authorise the transaction at the Purchaser's bank. When requesting card data, SSL-security protocol, MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security programs are used, which ensure that the exchanged information cannot be intercepted or changed by unauthorised persons.

An order for goods and services is processed and delivered if a full prepayment has been made, except upon payment on the basis of an invoice issued to contractual businesses by Packforce Latvia.

The Purchaser’s order shall be cancelled if the Purchaser has not paid for the order in 3 working days, except upon payment on the basis of an invoice.
